Henderson R&M Properties is owned and operated by long-time Henderson residents, Gaylon Rains and Larry Morris. Larry and Gaylon decided to partner on this development after recognizing the lack of independent living options for self-sufficient seniors wanting to make downtown Henderson home.

Gaylon is a Henderson business man with both commercial and residential properties. He was the former manager of GTE telephone for the Henderson area. Gaylon is a past president of the Henderson Area Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.
Larry Morris
Partner
Larry is a 50-year resident of Henderson and is the former owner of Morris Furniture Company and the Gift Gallery. Larry owns commercial and residential property in Henderson and Overton and is semi-retired. He is a past-president of the Henderson Area Chamber of Commerce and served for 5 years on the HEDCO industrial development board for the city of Henderson.
